Job Description

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, while providing vital administrative support to the life insurance and surety bond departments. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing mail, maintaining company downloads, greeting clients, processing client files, and taking on new tasks as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school degree is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
