Job Title: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Hematology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our Hematology team at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. As a Hematology Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care for our patients with hematologic disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage patients with hematologic disorders, including hematologic malignancies and benign conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on hematologic disorders and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in research studies and clinical trials related to hematologic disorders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Acute Care APRN degree or PA Master's degree required).
  • Valid State of Florida APRN License or PA License.
  • Acute Care certification.
  • CITI certification or within three months of employment.
  • Minimum of two years of Hematology experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
