Customer Service Expert

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by addressing client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels. Your excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, will enable you to provide timely resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Fleet Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing fleet-related tasks, such as vehicle ordering and billing changes, while maintaining accurate records and reporting. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, will also be beneficial in this role.
