At Mr. Rooter Corporation, we seek a dedicated Customer Service Professional - Service Delivery Expert. The primary role of this position is to handle customer inquiries via phone, efficiently schedule service calls, and prioritize services to ensure seamless delivery. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating delays with customers and service technicians, as well as utilizing effective customer development techniques to drive sales through various channels.
About the Role:
- We are seeking an expert in customer service who can deliver exceptional experiences for our valued customers.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- This position requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule service calls with customers and provide them with timely updates on the status of their requests.
- Prioritize services based on urgency and customer requirements, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate with service technicians to confirm appointments, manage cancellations or rescheduling, and communicate any changes to customers.
- Use customer development techniques to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling, promoting additional services and products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including feedback, concerns, and resolutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
