ROLE SUMMARY
  • Position: Senior Business Systems Consultant
  • Focus: Expertise in Agile Practices
  • Key Responsibilities: Delivering tailored data for analytics and real-time information for trading algorithms
  • Collaboration: Working closely with traders and portfolio managers
  • Core Duties: Requirements gathering, story development, and testing
  • Data Management: Transforming data needs into actionable development tasks

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role
  • Minimum of 3 years in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of Trading Systems, Order Management, and Equities
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies
  • Experience with SQL and Data/Application Integration
  • Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Specialization in Separately Managed Accounts
  • Experience with Charles River Investment Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Portfolio Management Systems
  • Understanding of AWS technologies
  • Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline
