Job Overview

Neocol is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our Customer Success team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering expert guidance and support to our clients, ensuring they achieve real business value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build long-term, profitable partnerships with clients to drive key business objectives and deliver quantifiable outcomes.
  • Oversee project execution, working closely with project managers to guide and control solution delivery activities across clients and delivery teams.
  • Design and lead workshops with solution architects and business analysts to drive project success.
  • Analyze project deliverables to ensure quality, alignment with program objectives, and overarching solution considerations.
  • Work across competencies to deliver on-time, on-budget programs and serve as an escalation point, managing risk and driving executive-level steering committee conversations.
  • Support existing and prospective clients to grow their business using Neocol capabilities and best practices.
  • Work with sales directors and solutions consultants to define overall solution and resource plans to meet client needs.
  • Support the development of commercial agreements, such as SOWs and change orders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned programs and work with sales directors and client partners to drive growth.

Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of business consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
  • Account management and experience building client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing).
  • Business process-focused.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Executive leadership understanding.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Billing Badge and Advanced Billing Specialist Badge.
  • Salesforce CPQ Certification.
