Vaco is looking for a Financial Reporting Systems Analyst to enhance their NetSuite ERP platform and facilitate advancements in financial reporting methodologies.

This position will involve overseeing the NetSuite system, deploying new functionalities, and crafting comprehensive reporting solutions to empower data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main administrator for the NetSuite ERP platform.
  • Configure and implement new features in NetSuite, including Purchase Orders and advanced Budgeting functionalities.
  • Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the NetSuite environment.
  • Develop and refine Saved Searches to enhance data accessibility and analysis.
  • Lead integration projects with third-party applications related to NetSuite.
  • Conduct thorough testing of new features and enhancements prior to deployment.
  • Manage data governance and uphold data integrity within the NetSuite system.
  • Utilize SQL for advanced data manipulation and reporting as necessary.
  • Design and implement dashboards for employees to improve visibility into critical metrics.
  • Oversee contract management processes within NetSuite.
  • Provide training and support to end-users regarding NetSuite functionalities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administering NetSuite.
  • Strong grasp of financial processes and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in process enhancement and system optimization.
  • NetSuite certifications are advantageous.
