  • Security and Compliance: Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect our data and technology solutions from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze reports and delivery recommendations to remediate capacity issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Capacity Enhancements: Implement capacity enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Technology Solutions: Design standard and custom technology solutions for business partner projects, including pre-production testing, performance tuning, handoffs, and certification.
  • Technology Optimization: Deliver technology/product optimization, migrations, and management, including technology/product design, planning, power, and environmental management.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with others to develop meaningful metrics that drive fact-based decisions on a given product/environment/solution.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Conduct proactive system maintenance, disaster recovery planning, data backup and recovery, as well as inventory, configuration, and utility product management.
  • Production Engineering: Execute production engineering processes, incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, change management, release management, and knowledge management.
  • Production Support: Provide production support for all technology platforms, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide oversight for technical labs and development environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
