We are seeking an ERP System Administrator with strong NetSuite skills to handle system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will excel at implementing best practices, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to boost system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and Maintain the NetSuite ERP System

Customize and maintain the NetSuite ERP system to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.

NetSuite Support and Enhancement

Act as the main point of contact for NetSuite-related queries and improvements, providing timely and effective support to ensure business continuity.

Requirements Gathering and Enhancement

Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest enhancements to the NetSuite system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.

Scripting and Reporting

Create custom scripts, workflows, and reports to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

User Management and Security

Manage user roles and access to ensure data security, compliance, and integrity.

System Performance and Troubleshooting

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues for optimal uptime, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

User Training and Support

Provide training to users for maximum system utilization, ensuring they have the necessary skills to get the most out of the NetSuite system.

System Upgrades and Maintenance

Stay updated with NetSuite developments and coordinate system upgrades, ensuring the system remains current and secure.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

Document system configurations and processes for knowledge sharing, ensuring that critical information is readily available to the team.

Requirements

  • Education

BS degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

Experience

3+ years' experience as an ERP System Administrator, focusing on NetSuite.

Skills and Knowledge

Solid understanding of ERP concepts and best practices, proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other NetSuite tools, experience in data migration, integration, and customization in NetSuite.

Certifications

Preferred: NetSuite Administrator or Developer certification.
