Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Highlands Ranch Hospital.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide top-notch patient care and contribute to our multidisciplinary team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, operating complex equipment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
  • Operate complex equipment, including gamma cameras and positron emission tomography (PET) scanners
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide top-notch patient care, including education and support
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program
  • Certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or certified in nuclear medicine (NM) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • State licensure if required by law
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
