Production Supervisor

The Production Operator will oversee and operate various tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process. This role focuses on ensuring every aspect of the manufacturing process is functioning effectively, while meeting production goals and timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production machinery and tools.
- Produce high-quality products within established specifications and tolerances.
- Perform quality testing on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assemble products and parts in the manufacturing process.
- Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment, and perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of units produced, including errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work area while following health and safety guidelines.
- Complete all other responsibilities and assignments as required to achieve the goals and objectives of this position.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of production equipment and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of and ability to comply with applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- Prolonged standing, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that involve frequent bending and stooping.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
