Training Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our Training Support Center in support of the U.S. Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM).

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, knowledge of military training processes, and a commitment to supporting the operational readiness of U.S. Marines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Training Support Center on-site
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for USMC personnel
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the TSC
  • Manage and supervise a team of trainers, instructional designers, and administrative support personnel
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of training resources and facilities
  • Provide mentorship, professional development, and performance management for all TSC personnel
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies relevant to training operations
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience as a USMC Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) or above preferred
  • Marine Corps operations/training experience

Benefits:
