Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team at AMS Retail Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs to enhance internal and external knowledge among retail professionals.

As a key member of our organization, you will communicate the company's strategic initiatives to various audiences, customize messages per audience, and continuously support customer content initiatives. Your expertise in adult learning principles and learning styles will enable you to create engaging training presentations that align with our company values and brands.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, excellent communication and technical skills, and a strong ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates. Travel is required, including overnight and air travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Impact Training Programs: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance internal and external knowledge among retail professionals.
  • Communicate Strategic Initiatives: Communicate the company's strategic initiatives to various audiences, customizing messages per audience.
  • Support Customer Content Initiatives: Continuously support customer content initiatives to produce ongoing, effective materials.
  • Conduct Live Product Seminars and Sales Training: Conduct live product seminars and sales training for formal and informal settings in partnership with internal sales contacts.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel required. Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, excellent communication and technical skills, and bilingual (English-Spanish) speaking proficiency a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in training/development and/or instructional design/content development preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
