Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Management Team Director to lead our response efforts in hazardous materials emergencies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and providing direction to the Incident Command Staff.

Responsibilities:
• Perform roles and duties as a director in hazardous materials emergencies above the initial response.
• Implement a NIMS-based Incident Command System (ICS) for single and unified commands.
• Provide direction and purpose to the Incident Command Staff.
• Integrate military forces in support of the incident.

Requirements:
• An associate degree or higher in fire science, chemistry, engineering, business, or a related field of study.
• 5 years of operational experience performing Incident Commander operations in metropolitan areas with more than 50,000-person population.
• FEMA ICS 300 and ICS 400 courses.
