Project Management Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all project communications are managed efficiently and that on-site personnel are equipped with all necessary information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate travel accommodations, including lodging and flights, as well as crew schedules.
  • Draft and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update logs for submittals, circulation sheets, shop drawings, and requests for information.
  • Compile and distribute Operation and Maintenance manuals for designated projects.
  • Prepare project closeout documentation upon completion.
  • Keep an updated contact list for all assigned projects.
  • Manage and maintain shop drawing logs.
  • Collaborate with labor subcontractors to ensure accurate billing processes.
  • Facilitate payroll and timecard reviews with field personnel.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
