About the Role
SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodial Lead to join their team. As a Custodial Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the custodial program, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assist with the training of new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to staff.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, ensuring that the custodial program is running smoothly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the custodial program is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and concerns.
Requirements
- 1-3 months' related experience and/or training; High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Need a valid driver's license and personal vehicle registered in applicant name. Job will require driving (mileage is reimbursed).
- Good written and verbal skills, excellent customer service, time management skills, and training abilities.
- Use of forklifts and pallet jacks a plus.
- MUST have prior lead/management experience.
- Driver's License Required.
Compensation and Benefits
$17.00-$18.00 per hour.
Shift
BHN: Wed-Sat 8:00PM – 6:30AM
FHN: Sun-Wed 8:00PM – 6:30AM
