Executive Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Purchasing and Inventory Management: Source and procure high-quality materials, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain operations.
- Production and Quality Control: Oversee production schedules, ensure quality standards are met, and implement process improvements.
- Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, manage transportation costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and repair equipment, manage facilities, and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Personnel Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a focus on operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
