Job Description:
We are seeking a Medical Device Territory Representative to join our team at SMR Group Ltd. As a Medical Device Territory Representative, you will be responsible for promoting key brands and other products to acute care facilities. You will educate end users on the clinical benefits of our products and deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups. Building strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders is essential for success in this role. We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, plus commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years medical sales experience, preferably within the OR setting. You should have proven track record of effectively presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings. Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management are also essential. Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account is highly desirable. Professional training program experience, such as Integrity Selling, is a plus.
