Medical Device Territory Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting the adoption of Sequel products and services in your assigned territory. With a focus on building strong customer relationships and driving business growth, this role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement and professional development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective territory plans to meet/exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve product development. Participate in industry conferences and events to increase product awareness and build brand reputation.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in leadership roles, such as field sales trainer or mentor, is highly valued.
Total Compensation Package: Includes base salary, target incentive compensation, PTO, car allowance, and comprehensive benefits package.
