Pharmaceutical Territory Manager

About Us: Sequel Med Tech is dedicated to creating innovative precision drug delivery devices for individuals living with diabetes.
Job Overview: As a Territory Business Leader, you will work closely with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to launch new products and drive their adoption in your designated territory. This involves building relationships with healthcare providers, promoting the benefits of Sequel products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective territory plans and strategies in partnership with the CDS to meet/exceed business objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to encourage the prescription of Sequel products
- Promote the adoption and continued growth of Sequel products through effective communication and relationship-building
- Demonstrate expertise in discussing and demonstrating Sequel products, as well as diabetes and therapeutic options for diabetes care
- Collaborate with customer care and sales support teams to ensure optimal user experiences
- Communicate HCP feedback across functions to identify areas for improvement and enhance product development
- Represent Sequel products at conferences and educational forums to increase brand awareness
Senior Territory Business Leader Responsibilities:
- Support field sales training programs
- Mentor junior staff members
- Participate in internal advisory boards with cross-functional teams
- Lead team meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Valid driver's license
- For Senior TBL role: 4+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices with a proven track record of success
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $185,000 - $215,000, based on performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and a car allowance.
