Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or GED required.
Experience: (Required)
- Ability to travel to various clinic locations (valid driver's license required)
- Bilingual communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS) is preferred
- Strong organizational skills

- Conducting comprehensive calls to patients as assigned, ensuring thorough documentation of each interaction.
- Managing appointment logistics while maintaining accurate patient records.
- Verifying patient information and assisting in the reduction of appointment wait times.
- Collaborating with onsite staff and management through various communication platforms.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor while handling sensitive patient information.
- Organizing and managing the reception area, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, answering calls, and processing patient registrations.
- Collecting payments and managing billing processes for services rendered.
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to team goals.
