Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or GED required.

Experience: (Required)

  • Ability to travel to various clinic locations (valid driver's license required)
  • Bilingual communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS) is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Conducting comprehensive calls to patients as assigned, ensuring thorough documentation of each interaction.
  • Managing appointment logistics while maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Verifying patient information and assisting in the reduction of appointment wait times.
  • Collaborating with onsite staff and management through various communication platforms.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor while handling sensitive patient information.
  • Organizing and managing the reception area, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing, answering calls, and processing patient registrations.
  • Collecting payments and managing billing processes for services rendered.
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to team goals.
