The role of the Sales Associate (SA) is pivotal in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, managing leads, and executing sales strategies. The responsibilities are categorized into three key phases:
Phase I - Client Acquisition: The Sales Associate will actively seek out opportunities in storm-affected regions, utilizing a proactive approach to connect with property owners. This includes conducting property assessments, identifying damage, and guiding clients through the insurance claims process. A positive mindset and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this phase.
Phase II - Project Coordination: Collaborating with insurance adjusters to evaluate damage and negotiate project scopes is a critical function. The Sales Associate will formalize agreements with property owners, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately to facilitate project execution.
Phase III - Estimation and Follow-Up: Proficiency in estimating project costs and managing supplementary claims is required. The Sales Associate will support production teams during project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting with financial transactions related to the project.
Qualifications: A minimum of one year of experience in retail sales is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform property inspections.
