Client Care Specialist

A Client Care Specialist's job entails selling or introducing new company tire products or services to established clients. The customers communicate with a Client Care Specialist to request for orders, quotations, and lead times by fax, telephone, or email. The primary duty involves tracking and following up on the leads, the organization generates based on web marketing. A Client Care Specialist handles the project execution actions and overall coordination between Logistics and Outside Sales department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Developing and accomplishing a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted tire leads in order to start sales process.Cooperating with the Director of Customer Service to determine essential strategic approaches forsales.Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.Outbound and inbound account management.Supporting the reseller communication channel throughout the sales interval.Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situationw/ Regional Sales Directors, as needed.Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the relateddepartments.Collating and consolidating report on monthly sales performance per sales personnel, per product,per region or office, and per industry.Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, andpreparing sales order reports or forms.Capturing of accurate and complete information from customersQualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent telephone sales personality skills.Should be expert in CRM software solutions.JOB DESCRIPTIONExcellent time management skills.Highly energetic and self-starter.Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.Should be honest, assertive and systematic.ComputerliteratewithknowledgeofallMicrosoftOfficeapplications,especiallyExcelandPowerPoint, etc., Excellent Excel skills - preferredEducation and Experience:We require college degree or 4 years minimum experience in Customer Service or Sales related position.Effective interpersonal and proven customer service skillsStrong ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orallyGood marketing, persuasion, and problem-solving skillsProven time management, organization, and time management skills, as well as exceptional abilityto work effective within a team settingAbility to display professionalism, maintain quality focus, and pay attention to detailStrong ability to work with computers and the necessary applications, including Microsoft Excel,Word, etc.Technical knowledge of tire production and repair technology is a mustWorking Hours:Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm this includes a 1 hour lunch break Working Environment:Work is performed in a professional office environmentTools and Equipment Used:Desktop computer, e-mail, copier, fax, phone, and other standard office equipmentTravel:Travel up to 10%, as needed
