We seek a motivated and organized individual to provide essential assistance to the field sales team and engage in various marketing projects. The ideal candidate will oversee sales and marketing functions, interact with clients, manage trade shows, and collaborate with advertising agencies, internal marketing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team by managing schedules, organizing critical documents, preparing sales presentations, and conveying pertinent information.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints and provide after-sales assistance as needed.
  • Compile necessary reports, data, and information to aid in creating presentations or showcasing results.
  • Notify clients of unexpected delays or issues.
  • Track the team's progress, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
  • Occasional travel to trade shows and events may be required.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptable with a sense of urgency, strong follow-through abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
