The RoleAs an Optometric Assistant, you'll be the face of our Exam Practice, ensuring every patient has a seamless and personalized experience. You'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate patient records and conducting preliminary testing
- Introducing patients to our ODs and providing essential information
- Transitioning patients from the doctor to our sales floor, educating and recommending products and services that meet their eye care needs
- Executing day-to-day operational activities to support our exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
