The Role

As an Optometric Assistant, you'll be the face of our Exam Practice, ensuring every patient has a seamless and personalized experience. Your expertise in eye health, preliminary testing, optics, and managed vision care will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and conduct preliminary testing
  • Introduce patients to our ODs and provide essential information
  • Transition patients from the doctor to our sales floor, educating and recommending products and services that meet their eye care needs
  • Execute day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
