As an Optometric Assistant, you'll be the face of our Exam Practice, responsible for ensuring patients receive exceptional care and attention.

The Role

This role is perfect for those who are passionate about helping customers look great and see great. You'll be trained and knowledgeable about eye health and preliminary testing, optics, our products/services, and managed vision care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining complete and accurate patient records
  • Introducing patients to the OD and providing important patient information
  • Transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales floor and providing associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services
  • Executing day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
