Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and cultivate new market prospects, craft strategic proposals, and establish new client partnerships to meet defined revenue objectives.
- Client Relationship Enhancement: Foster and expand relationships with current clients, ensuring that DMG Worldwide Inc meets their financial service requirements and surpasses their expectations.
- Sales Team Leadership: Guide, train, and inspire a team of sales and business development professionals, setting clear objectives and performance indicators aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop impactful campaigns and outreach strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition to both prospective and existing clients.
- Market Insights: Continuously evaluate market trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape to refine business strategies as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing sales teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and professional development.
- Ability to collaborate across departments to align business development strategies with the overall mission and objectives of the firm.
- Proven track record in driving a B2B sales process from inception to closure.
- Strong commercial acumen and substantial industry knowledge.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for supporting Business Owners and Entrepreneurs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficiency in using Email, Pipedrive CRM, Microsoft Excel, and other internal systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a comparable role, preferably within the accounting or financial services sector.
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics and business strategies in the accounting industry.
