Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Lotus Management Inc, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless stay experience. Your primary responsibility will be to register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Accommodate special requests, such as room upgrades or late check-outs, whenever possible.
  • Process guest check-outs, including verifying room status and handling any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guests.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services and amenities.
  • Follow established credit checking procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or higher level education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
