We are seeking a dedicated full-time Property and Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent to collaborate with insurance providers and our clientele, addressing inquiries and promoting additional services tailored to each client's requirements. If you excel in driving sales and delivering compassionate customer support, this role may be a great fit for you.

This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 - $50,000/year plus commissions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, telemedicine, and disability coverage.

Daily Responsibilities of an Insurance Agent

As an Insurance Agent, you will serve as a crucial resource for both our clients and the insurance companies we partner with. Each day, you will be prepared to onboard new clients and assist existing clients in achieving their goals. When inquiries arise, you will listen attentively to identify the core issue or concern. You will utilize your strong problem-solving abilities to find solutions, whether that involves contacting the insurance company for further information or relying on your own expertise.

Additionally, you will encourage clients to explore supplementary products that can enhance their protection for businesses, properties, or personal lives. With a thorough understanding of our offerings, you will guide clients toward the products that best suit their needs. Your passion for helping individuals secure their futures will make discussing our services a rewarding experience.


Qualifications
  • Valid Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty Agent license
  • Demonstrated sales experience and customer service skills with both individual and commercial clients
  • Ability to effectively cross-sell products

If you possess strong networking skills, enjoy prospecting through cold calls and referrals, and have excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, you may be an ideal candidate for this role.


Work Schedule

This position offers a balanced work schedule of Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
