Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and understanding their insurance needs.
  • Policy Sales: Sell and service a range of insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and commercial policies, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies for each client, based on their individual risk profile and insurance needs.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry protocols and policy changes, ensuring compliance with all policy requirements and overseeing insurance claims for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Licensing: Possession of a 2-20 License is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Education: A high school diploma is mandatory, while a four-year undergraduate degree is highly preferred.
  • Software: Familiarity with AMS360 is a plus.
