Bridge Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Project Manager to join our team at a progressive Engineering firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading bridge design and construction projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead bridge design and construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
  • Manage and coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure compliance with INDOT standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Active PE license and experience working to INDOT standards
  • Extensive experience in bridge design, modeling, and analysis software, including Microstation, LARSA 4D, and CSI Bridge
  • Excellent written, verbal, and people management skills
  • Progressive thinker and keen collaborator with peers
