Estimated Salary: $100,000 yearly


This role involves developing business relationships, generating leads that turn into sales, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow your book of leads to drive business growth and success.
  • Follow up with customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market area research to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Handle client negotiations and transactions with expertise and accuracy.
  • Promote commercial properties that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
  • Engage in prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and other professionals in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Analyze financial data and underwrite deals to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Negotiate commercial leases and sales contracts with confidence and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Houston commercial real estate market.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales or real estate with a focus on commercial properties.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • A four-year college degree required, preferably in a related field such as business or finance.
  • A Texas Real Estate License will ultimately be required.
