Job Title: Senior Planner/Scheduler

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Planner/Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and project dashboards to ensure project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert-level support for project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, including developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks, including identifying and addressing potential schedule delays, cost overruns, and resource constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project reports, including project status updates, schedule progress, and resource utilization reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Expert-level proficiency in project planning and scheduling software, including Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients.
