Job Title: Senior Cost Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for leading the cost management program and delivering high-quality results on large-scale capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain project cost reports, including actual and forecasted costs against budgets and detailed analysis.
  • Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations for the project.
  • Develop and maintain project cost estimates, including coordination with the Sr. Cost Lead.
  • Perform accrual and forecast reports for senior leadership, including detailed management reports and support of the MMR.
  • Work closely with schedule and finance track lead to ensure alignment of earned value, schedule milestone delivery, and schedule/cost change impacts.
  • Coordinate the development of project estimates with the Sr. Cost Lead.
  • Assist with the performance of value-engineering analysis.
  • Assist with review and development, issuance, and evaluation of subcontract change orders as required.
  • Provide high-level project updates to finance partners and senior project controls leadership.
  • Provide detailed cost reporting and daily or weekly updates, as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project controls experience, including design and construction phases on large capital programs.
  • Proven ability to lead others and work in a complex matrix environment.
  • Experience within the construction industry is a must, with additional life sciences experience strongly preferred.
  • Local candidates preferred, with relocation assistance provided for non-local candidates.
  • Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written.
