Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled real estate sales agent to join our team at Dave Jones Realty, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified leads and maintaining existing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within our sales region
  • Contact prospects after initial meetings to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance to ensure sales goals are met
  • Utilize CRM to compile a list of leads and provide agents with up-to-date information
  • Qualify prospective clients prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • A valid Real Estate License is required
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with ability to travel
