We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Elmington Property Management in Nashville, TN. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community's reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the community's reputation through effective social media, direct communication, and marketing strategies.
- Act as the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and the market, ensuring seamless interactions and relationships.
- Continuously seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Think creatively and develop innovative ideas to enhance the business, driving growth and success.
- Work with passion and take pride in your work, delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
- Listen actively and offer helpful solutions, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Bring great energy and enthusiasm to the role, embracing challenges and setting new goals for personal and professional growth.
- Execute Elmington's non-negotiables for property performance, ensuring exceptional results and high standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present a professional image.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Customer service-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficient in using computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites, and company software.
- Ability to prepare, locate, and compile information and documents, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work outside of normal hours when required, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Thrives in a team environment, with a collaborative and supportive attitude.
- Competitive pay range: $18-$22 per hour.
