Talent Acquisition Director

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and grow a team of recruiters focused on meeting both hourly and salaried hiring needs. This role demands a strategic leader who will drive recruitment strategies, implement talent acquisition initiatives, and serve as a key business partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract and secure top talent.
- Partner with stakeholders to address staffing challenges, remove obstacles, and create a culture of accountability.
- Lead, coach, and mentor your team to foster a high-performance culture and support their professional growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and check-ins to track progress and provide actionable feedback.
- Leverage recruiting metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and refine recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the development of sourcing strategies, including utilizing internet boards, referral networks, and industry-specific groups.
- Offer expertise on sourcing, recruiting, screening, and offering for specialized roles; advise on recruiting events and marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about compensation, benefits, and industry trends to effectively address market challenges.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with government regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with the Manager of TA Strategic Programs & Partnerships to engage with local schools, career centers, and diversity programs.
- Minimum of 12 years in a high-volume hiring environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and other talent acquisition technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, oversee projects, and drive outcomes effectively.
- Strong people management skills with a track record of coaching and developing diverse teams, including remote or distributed teams.
- Expertise in interpreting recruiting data and identifying trends.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in food service or retail recruiting.
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) and/or recruiting certifications (CDR, ACIR, CIR) are advantageous.
