Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Partnering Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team, you will play a critical role in providing real estate transaction expertise, business partnering, occupancy planning, capital investment management, workplace strategy, and facility operations for Amazon's corporate office portfolio globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, PXT, Public Relations, Legal, Security, and Corporate FP&A, to support executive leaders in managing through ambiguity and making informed decisions.
  • Build and implement systems and tracking mechanisms to deliver agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Establish a rhythm of business for each organization, integrating GREF into business-level OP1/OP2 planning processes and WBR/MBR/QBR cadences.
  • Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to support D&S leaders with data, analytics, metrics, and research to inform their decisions.
  • Balance D&S expectations and needs with Amazon's fiduciary stewardship, cost savings mandates, and GREF standards/protocols.
  • Lead and support the development and delivery of S-team executive-level real estate presentations, recommendations, and business cases.
  • Oversee issue escalation processes and partner with GREF teams and external stakeholders to drive the successful development, implementation, and execution of GREF strategies across organizations and regions.
  • Provide thought leadership, industry best practices, and market insights to D&S leadership to inform recommendations and decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or PMP certificate.
