Position Title: Recovery Support Assistants

Company: Change Inc.

Recovery Support Assistants deliver essential services to individuals in both home and community environments. Our clients benefit from a range of programs, including senior care (companionship, homemaking, personal assistance), mental health support, and in-home services for those with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries.

  • Engage in meaningful conversations while providing companionship and vital resources for daily living.
  • Develop and sustain a supportive rapport with participants through effective communication techniques.
  • Assist clients in reaching their recovery plan objectives.
  • Consistently report progress to supervisors and agency representatives through daily documentation.
  • Transport clients to medical appointments or social events as outlined in their recovery plans, utilizing personal vehicles or public transportation.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or a strong background in customer service.
  • Dependable and responsible with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
