Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Complete Care at Hillside. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
  • Maintain clean and safe living conditions for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports and records, in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in electronic medical records.
  • Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
  • Active CNA certification.
