Our clients benefit from various programs we provide, which encompass elder care (including companionship, homemaking, and personal care assistance), mental health support, and in-home assistance for individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and offer companionship, support, and essential resources for daily living.
- Build and sustain a supportive rapport with participants through effective communication strategies.
- Assist clients in reaching their recovery plan objectives.
- Consistently update supervisors and agency representatives on client progress through daily reporting.
- Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments or social events as specified in the recovery plan, utilizing personal vehicles or public transport.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

- Background in healthcare or strong customer service experience.
- Dependable and responsible with a genuine passion for helping others.
