HEKA Aero LLC is a dynamic company that combines scientific methods of discovery and evolutionary engineering principles to develop innovative products. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our team in discovering, onboarding, and maximizing the value of clients and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for business growth
Develop and implement strategies to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Identify and develop new markets and improve sales
Attend meetings and industry events to network and build relationships
Develop quotes and proposals to secure new business opportunities
Work with potential clients to establish a rapport and arrange meetings

Requirements:
Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, sales, management, social science, or strong working knowledge of general business fundamentals
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and track processes to completion
Problem-solving constitution, with a curious mind for discovery, coupled with self-discipline and an intrinsic drive for continuous self-improvement
U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field
Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
IT fluency and proficiency in spreadsheet software
Proficiency in chat and communications software such as Zoom or Teams
