Business Development Manager

About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will form the core of our Business Development team, interacting daily with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to educate them on our services and encourage referrals.
Responsibilities- Increase new patient encounters by identifying potential referral sources and attending local networking events.
- Strategically target and cold call new providers to grow the territory and establish relationships.
- Conduct pre-call planning and optimize travel routes to manage time efficiently.
- Work closely with providers and healthcare partners to ensure needs and expectations are exceeded.
- Set up and manage local events to increase brand recognition and patient interest.
- Collaborate with marketing to share local events and patient engagement on social media.
- Act as a liaison between referring practices and Infusion Express operations team.
- Establish a positive working relationship with pharmaceutical reps.
- Operate at the highest ethical standard during customer and patient interactions.
- Input timely and well-organized reports via CRM reporting and management tracking platforms.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external employees at all levels.
- Knowledge and ability to use standard office software applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Experience working directly with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff members.
- Knowledge or experience in the home health, hospice, DME, or imaging sales.
