Maintenance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring that our community properties are safe, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in hands-on technical work experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry/construction, HVAC, etc. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling, inventory, and equipment usage
- Manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance services with other business functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, facilities management)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in hands-on technical work experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- EPA certification and valid driver's license required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
