Job Summary:

The Technical Lead will play a key role in executing the physical installation and deployment of C360 systems in arenas around the globe.

This hands-on role will be responsible for ensuring that technical setups are completed efficiently and effectively at various locations around the world.

The Technical Lead will facilitate the seamless execution of live events through physical on-premise systems as well as cloud-based infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage the physical installation and deployment of C360 systems at assigned locations, ensuring all systems are set up correctly and meet operational standards.

Oversee the on-site technical setup for live events, working directly with arena broadcast and networking personnel to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Collaborate with broadcast partners and other teams to address any issues that arise during setup or live operations.

Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to event operations while supporting the operations team towards flawless execution.

Work closely with in-house engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all technical requirements are met and installations are completed as per specifications.

Ensure that all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and functioning correctly, performing regular checks and addressing any maintenance needs.

Keep detailed records of installations, setups, and any issues encountered, providing reports and feedback to the team to aid in future planning and decision-making.

Train and guide technical staff and contractors on installation procedures and system operations, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Follow all safety and operational guidelines during installations and live events, adhering to industry standards and company policies.


Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in production systems deployment and/or utility work, preferably in sports, TV, or the broadcast industry.

Proven expertise in the physical installation and deployment of technical systems, with a strong understanding of video routing, switching, shading, power, fiber/cabling, and streaming.

Prior experience in customer communication and field service, including installing, maintaining, and repairing complex production systems.

Ability to manage multiple installations and deployments across different locations and time zones.

Flexibility with working hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.

Willingness to travel extensively for on-site installations and event support.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear, effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing installations and deployments.
