Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Jet Health, serving patients in the Boise, ID area.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, plus additional stipends for on-call duties, mileage reimbursement, and face-to-face visit rates.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves providing clinical direction to the Interdisciplinary Group, ensuring quality care for patients, and collaborating with attending physicians. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse in a clinical setting, preferably hospice or home health.

Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Licensure: Current State license as a Registered Nurse and as an Advanced Practice Nurse; current Driver's License
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience as an APN in a clinical care setting, preferably hospice or home health
  • Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacology, palliative care, and end-of-life; good interpersonal skills
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
Work Environment

As a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work in patients' homes in various conditions, possible exposure to blood and bodily fluids, and infectious diseases. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, travel locally, and handle unpleasant weather conditions.
