Clinical Operations Specialist

BioLife Plasma Services is a leading company in the plasma collection industry, dedicated to transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best-in-class patient support programs.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team at our Boise location. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma collection center.
Responsibilities include determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and providing exceptional customer service to donors.
You will work closely with our medical team to ensure that all donations are collected safely and efficiently, while maintaining the highest level of quality and compliance.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of a recognized educational nursing program preferred
- Current licensure or certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
- Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy
- Satisfactorily complete FDA-approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
- Two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $29.62 - $40.72. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and specific skills.
This position is based at our Boise location, USA - ID - Boise. We strive to be more transparent with our pay practices and equitable in our compensation packages.
