About the Role

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Patient Blood Management program in Boise, Idaho.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical nurse who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and patient safety through evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to blood product utilization
  • Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient blood management strategies
  • Conduct audits and quality activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff on patient blood management best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: ASN
  • Experience: 2 years of RN experience required; prefer inpatient hospital experience (oncology, ED, surgical or OB)
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in state of practice
