About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, OH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our venue, ensuring seamless execution of events and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in establishing and implementing current and long-term objectives, plans, and policies, and budget
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with license partners and maintain positive guest relations, ensuring enjoyable and memorable experiences
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of unit management and oversee supervision of team members and ensure company policy and procedures are followed
  • Oversee the recommendation and creation of prices and portions for products and services within the approved profit plan
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, and employment
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a hospitality management role in a sporting and/or events environment
  • No college degree required
  • Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience
  • Entrepreneurial skills
  • Strong managerial skills required; demonstrated initiative, leadership, and team building skills are essential
  • Strong commitment to customer and client service required
